Returns & Refunds Policy

QuadBoard are bespoke products and can not be refunded due to the immediate manufacturing process. 

QuadBoard can only be returned for refund if:

→ The items are damaged.

→ The internal measurements of the box are greater than ± 2.5% compared to requested size.

→ The box is not the style ordered.

If you have received any shortage or damage to your order upon arrival, please report it within 3 days of delivery to enquiries@quadboard.co.uk, including any photos or supporting evidence. Our team will respond accordingly.
